"The house offers its guests homemade, tradtional tastes: the organoleptic quality and authenticity of the meat is guaranteed. In fact, we feed our sheep and goats only fodder and grain grown on our farm. Our own ricotta and other cheeses are derived from the processing of sheep and goats milk in the traditional techniques of local shepherds and "can be appreciated by our guests for their taste and delicacy". Also, the pizza and pasta flour used is made in our grain mills, converted from old tradition. The wine that is served to our guests is the production of vagliese "Vine St. Paul." Of course, you can also taste the typical regional wines such as Aglianico del Vulture and Grottino of Roccanova. With the dessert, we insist you try the Muscat Acerenza. Lentils, chickpeas, potatoes and vegetables served to our guests are cultivated in the Land of Braida, which became famous for the discovery of the treasures of the Italian Princess. The sausage, however, is produced according to the traditional recipe vagliese, whose secret is the particular mix of ingredients and spices, which has been a favorable food for peoples during the harsher, winter climate. |
